Tour Plan

Upon your arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport, our driver and tour guide will greet you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. Afterward, you can enjoy a short break to refresh.

Your Angkor 9-day adventure begins with visits to the city's key attractions, including the Royal Palace, Chan Chaya Pavilion, the Silver Pagoda, the National Museum, the Independence Monument, and Wat Phnom Daun Penh.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.

Afterward, you'll head south of Phnom Penh to the shores of Tonlé Bati Lake, where you can explore the ancient Angkorian temple of Ta Prohm, built in the 12th century, and the Temple of the Black Madonna.

Next, you will ascend Phnom Chisor, a Brahmin holy site dedicated to Suryagiri, constructed in the 11th century. From the top, enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the rice paddies below.

Following your visit, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Phnom Penh.

After enjoying breakfast, continue your Angkor Wat journey towards Pursat.

On the way, stop to explore Oudong, the former royal capital of Cambodia, which served as the capital on several occasions between 1618 and 1866. Then, visit the pottery villages near Kampong Chhnang, located at the junction of Tonlé Sap Lake. You will have lunch at a local restaurant in Pursat.

In the afternoon, take a boat trip to the floating village of Kompong Luong. Afterward, continue your journey to Battambang, passing through the lush rice fields of western Cambodia.

Overnight stay in Battambang.

Optional Activity: In the evening, enjoy a cultural performance by the “Phare Ponleu Selpak” circus and music school, which beautifully blends traditional and modern Cambodian culture.

After breakfast at the hotel, head out to visit Phum Wat Kor, a traditional Cambodian house, followed by a tour of Wat Ek Phnom, an ancient temple dating back to the 11th century. On the way back, stop by Wat Slaket, the residence of a Buddhist patriarch.

In the afternoon, experience a unique ride on the bamboo train, a 20-minute journey through the countryside on a railway built during the French colonial era.

On the 5th day of your Angkor 9 days tour, enjoy breakfast at your hotel before being picked up by our driver for a scenic boat trip along the Sangker River, heading toward Siem Reap. The journey will take around 6 to 7 hours.

During the boat trip, you’ll have the chance to explore the floating villages and visit the Prek Toal Biosphere, a crucial sanctuary for migratory birds. Then, cross Tonlé Sap Lake to reach the fishing village of Chong Kneas.

Start your day with breakfast at your hotel.

Your Angkor Wat tour will begin with a visit to the Preah Ko temple, built by Indravarman I in the 9th century. Then, head to Bakong, the most significant and captivating temple of the Roluos group, which houses a Buddhist monastery near its east entrance. After that, visit Banteay Srei (Citadel of Women), a stunning pink sandstone temple dedicated to Shiva, renowned for its exquisite architecture and intricate sculptures.

Next, transfer to Banteay Srame for a relaxing dinner while enjoying an Apsara dance performance.

After breakfast, you will visit the eastern Mebon temple in the morning, known for its stone elephant statues equipped with safety belts. Then, head to Pré Rup, a mountain temple featuring five square sanctuaries. Continue exploring Neak Pean, a pool once used for purification rituals, followed by Preah Khan, a vast temple complex where you can easily get lost in its expansive layout.

In the afternoon, visit Kravan, a small Brahmin temple adorned with intricate brick carvings. Next, explore Sras Srang, a large basin once used as a swimming pool, and Banteay Kdei, a former Buddhist monastery. Visit the tranquil temple of Takeo, and then end the day with a visit to Ta Prohm, where nature beautifully intertwines with the architecture.

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, your day begins with a visit to the west gate of Angkor Thom and the Bayon temple, renowned for its serene, smiling faces. Explore Baphuon, a large temple constructed by the former French School of the Far East, and then head to Baksei Chamkrong, a smaller pyramid-like temple. Continue to the Terrace of the Elephants, where royal processions were once held, followed by a visit to the Terrace of the Leper King, an intricately carved platform.

Next, visit the iconic Angkor Wat, a majestic "mountain temple" built by King Suryavarman II in the 12th century, renowned for its detailed carvings and concentric encircling walls. Conclude your day with a sunset view from Bahkeng Hill.
