Morning is free time for recharging and relaxing. In the evening, head on a culinary adventure with your guide while sampling street food in the Old Quarter. It’s a great opportunity to try all those weird and wonderful foods you see but just aren’t sure what they are! Start the Hanoi Street Eats tour at Bia Hoi Corner to sample the local brew, a draft beer that traces its roots to Eastern Europe. Do as the locals do: pull up a stool and enjoy a drink while watching the world go by. Continue through the old quarter’s narrow streets as your guide points out a range of tasty noodles, breads and snacks. At night the sidewalks are packed with locals perched on stools, amongst sizzling woks and bubbling pots. These small pop up restaurants are a nightly feature that all but disappear during the day. Sit down and enjoy a flame-grilled Vietnamese barbecue of beef, chicken, tofu and vegetables on skewers. End the night with dessert from Hanoi’s best-known ice-cream parlor before heading back to your hotel. Spend overnight in Hanoi.

The colonial capital city Hanoi is a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental pagodas and temples. This full day tour takes you around Hanoi's most interesting sights, including the Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and his Stilts House, Presidential Palace and One Pillar Pagoda nearby, Museum of Ethnology, lunch In the afternoon, we visit the Temple of Literature, peaceful Hoan Kiem Lake with Ngoc Son Temple, The Huc Brigde, Enjoy the Water Puppet Show then driving back to your hotel or free time to walk around.

This morning we enter Pu Luong Nature Reserve by road via a breathtaking mountain pass giving you a panoramic view of the whole valley. You arrive at your accommodation in time for a delicious lunch, followed by free time to explore the beautiful retreat, with its captivating panoramic views and tranquil setting. In the afternoon, we step into the wild with an awesome hike on trails across the second half of the reserve to reach its Western edge. The hike is not too hard and lasts 3 to 4 hours. It makes it an intermediate level trek. Plan to bring along good shoes and batteries for your camera. Then you will be transferred back to Pu Luong Retreat for dinner and overnight.

This morning you have the chance to get close to village life and interact with locals living in the hills above the Retreat. Glimpse at daily life, walk around working farm land and rice fields, and learn about making rice wine and weaving colourful textiles. After that, head to Tam Coc known as “Inland Ha Long Bay”. We arrive at destination around noon. We propose you to walk or hop on bicycles to journey across the Halong-like sceneries of Tam Coc and learn more about this typical region of the Red River delta. Later in the afternoon, when most tourists are gone and the sun is blowing orange light, we get on a local rowed sampan and discover the scenic waterways of the area. Spend overnight in Ninh Binh.

07.30 AM, drive to Ha Long Bay with 4 hours travelling for the overnight cruise on a deluxe junk. 11.45–12.15: Embark at Hon Gai International harbor. 12.30–13.00: Embark on the boat. Enjoy welcome drink as Cruise Manager gives you a brief overview of the itinerary and important safety guideline. Check in your cabin. 13.30–14.30: Have lunch while cruising to magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay; Start sailing among famous Islets (Indochina studio, Am Islet…) of Bai Tu Long Bay, the wildest beauty with the panoramic natural views. 15.00–16.30: Visit and explore the well-hidden Co Cave (known as  Thien Canh Son Cave) where you can  hiking to the middle of the mountain to see the wild and mysterious beautiful cave, contemplate numerous  sparkling  stalactites  appear  like 'hanging  lamps’  inside  the  Cave.  (No swimming). Return to the boat and enjoy Happy hour. You will have 30% discount off from the special menu drinks including of cocktail, mock-tail and mixed drinks (from 16.30 pm to 19.00 pm.). 16.30–17.30: Enjoy kayaking and relaxing on the cruise in Cong Do Area. 17.30: Take part in carving flowers on the sundeck. 18.00–19.00: Attend our chef’s cooking demonstration and try your skills in the art of traditional Vietnamese cooking (spring roll). 19.00-21.00: Dinner is served in the restaurant. You can enjoy the charm of Bai Tu Long Bay at night. 21.00-22.00: Enjoy evening activities (Squid Fishing, Movie Night, Board Games, Massage & Spa services) or relax at the leisure then overnight at private cabin at Cong Do area.

06.30-07.00: Welcome a new day with an amazing dawn on Bai Tu Long Bay. Refresh your body and soul with a Tai-chi session on the sundeck. 07.00-07.30: Catch the morning view of seascape while enjoying the breakfast with cookies and tea, café in the restaurant. 07.30-08.30: Visit Vung Vieng fishing village - the famous fishing farm by bamboo boat and discover life of local people living on the surface of Halong Bay. (No swimming). 08.30-9.30: Pack up the luggage and check out of the cabin. 09.30-10.40: Enjoy the brunch in the restaurant while cruising back to Vinashin tourist harbor. 11.00: Disembark from boat. 12.00: Your driver takes you back to Hanoi. Arrive at Hanoi around 16.00 PM and spend overnight there.
